Client story · Website design and hosting

A tradie with a vision. A brand that finally shows it.

Jason is a dad, a tradie and a Western Sydney local who started Borrowly Finance on WordPress. We gave the brand a fresh coat of paint, kept the local vibe and built a borrowing power calculator so customers can get an estimate on a general advice basis before they call.

How did MyRepublic Digital help Borrowly Finance?

MyRepublic Digital rebuilt Borrowly Finance's WordPress starter site into a brand-led website for a Penrith mortgage broker. It includes a borrowing power calculator on a general advice basis, clear service pages for first home buyers, refinancing, investment and self-employed lending, compliant copy for a regulated industry, and local SEO and AEO for Penrith and Western Sydney.

    The brief

Keep the heart. Lift the whole experience.

WordPress got Borrowly Finance moving. But a mortgage broker in a regulated industry needs more than a starter site.

Jason needed a website that matched the brand he'd built, spoke plainly to first home buyers and refinancers across Western Sydney, and gave visitors something useful before they picked up the phone. All with copy that stays honest, clear and compliant.

“Getting a home loan should not feel confusing or overwhelming, especially your first. We help everyday Australians navigate lending with clarity, honesty and personalised support.”Jason Fryer, Founder, Borrowly Finance

A brand bigger than its starter site

Jason had the vision, the local story and the green and gold brand. The WordPress site wasn't doing it justice.

A regulated industry, no loose claims

Mortgage broking comes with real obligations. Every word, including the calculator, had to be honest, clear and compliant.

    Invisible in his own backyard

People searching for a mortgage broker in Penrith and Western Sydney, or asking an AI, had no reason to find Borrowly first.

No way to show value before the call

Visitors wanted a quick sense of their borrowing power. Without it, they went to a bank or a bigger broker with flashier tools.

    What we did

A fresh coat of paint. Plus a calculator customers use.

We rebuilt Borrowly Finance on our website design and hosting platform. One monthly price covers the build, hosting, updates and support.

True to the brandLocal vibe, everyday language and Jason front and centre. The site sounds like the bloke from Penrith you'd actually call.

Local SEO and AEOQuestion-style content, FAQ schema and Penrith and Western Sydney content so Google and AI answer engines can quote Borrowly by name.
    The build

No jargon. Just results. A site that works as hard as Jason.

A confident homepage with the founder front and centre, the borrowing power calculator, clear service pages for first home buyers, refinancing, investment and self-employed lending, and trust signals where customers decide. Under the hood: LocalBusiness, Service and FAQ schema and local content AI can quote.

What did MyRepublic Digital build for Borrowly Finance?

A brand-led website with a borrowing power calculator, service pages for first home buyers, refinancing, investment and self-employed lending, and local SEO and AEO for Penrith and Western Sydney, plus hosting.

Is the Borrowly Finance calculator financial advice?

No. The calculator gives an estimate on a general advice basis only, with clear disclaimers. Customers then speak to Jason for advice based on their situation.

Can MyRepublic Digital build websites for regulated industries?

Yes. For Borrowly Finance we used general advice framing, clear disclaimers and honest copy throughout to suit the compliance needs of mortgage broking.

Why move from WordPress to MyRepublic Digital?

Borrowly's starter site got the business moving but didn't match the brand or give visitors anything useful. The rebuild added the calculator, local content and AEO, with updates and support on one monthly price.
