The Complete Digital BundleTerms and Conditions

1. How these terms fit together

The Complete Digital Bundle is a packaged subscription. The service terms for each component apply in full to that component:

• Web Hosting and Web Design are governed by the Web Design and Hosting Terms.
• The AI Chat Assistant is governed by the AI Assistant Terms.
• Contracted engagements may also be covered by the Supplier Agreement.
• Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy, and website use under the Terms of Use.

Where a component's terms conflict with this page, this page applies only to the bundling, pricing and term arrangements described below. The component terms apply to everything else.

2. Bundle pricing and billing

The bundle is charged as a single recurring subscription fee for all three services, billed monthly in advance in the currency shown at the time of order. Bundle pricing is only available while all three services remain active on the same account.

Set-up work, content migration, custom development and third-party costs such as domain registration, paid plugins or premium integrations are quoted separately and are not included in the recurring bundle fee unless stated in writing.

3. Term, changes and cancellation

The bundle runs month to month unless a fixed term is agreed in writing. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice, effective at the end of the then-current billing period. Fees already paid are not refundable except where required by law.

Removing a component from the bundle ends the bundle discount. Remaining services continue at their standard individual rates from the next billing period, under their own terms.

4. Service levels and support

The 99.9% uptime commitment applies to the hosting platform and is measured and remedied as described in the Web Design and Hosting Terms. Support response times, fair use limits and exclusions for the AI Chat Assistant are set out in the AI Assistant Terms. No separate or additional service level applies because services are purchased as a bundle.

5. Multi-channel messaging

Social and third-party messaging channels for the AI Chat Assistant require the customer to hold and maintain an active account with the relevant provider, and are subject to that provider's terms, approvals and availability. Provider changes outside our control may affect channel availability.

6. Customer responsibilities

• Provide timely content, approvals, brand assets and access required to deliver the services.
• Maintain accurate billing and contact details, and keep account credentials secure.
• Ensure supplied content is lawful and that the customer holds the rights to use it.
• Use the services in line with the acceptable use rules in the component terms.

7. Backups, data and ownership

Daily backups are retained for the period stated in the Web Design and Hosting Terms and are intended for service recovery, not as a customer archive. Customer data and approved website content remain the customer's property. Platform code, templates, tooling and configurations remain the property of MyRepublic Digital or its licensors.

8. Suspension

Services in the bundle may be suspended for non-payment, misuse or security risk in line with the component terms. Suspension of one component does not reduce the bundle fee for the remaining components.

9. Changes to these terms

These bundle terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always published on this page and applies from the date of posting. Material changes affecting price or scope will be notified in advance.

10. Governing law and contact
